The way we feel about our experiences impact our body.
If we perceive pleasant things happening around us we feel good.
However, if we perceive our experiences as stressful our body feels unhealthy.
Every experience has and leaves an impact upon our mental, physical and emotional being.
OUR LIFE is our responsibility, we make it to be what we think and feel it to be.
